Abstract:

Terrorists are holding America under siege by using commercial aircraft purchased from a failing domestic airline and deploying bombs out of a modified rear-entry stair on unsuspecting and critical targets. The President orders Lieutenant General Robert Blocker to re-establish security in the skies. A deadly game of cat-and-mouse between Blocker and the terrorists escalates toward its climax over the skies of Washington, D.C. with midair dogfights thwarting the terrorists' determination to hunt down Air Force One.
