Collection mss. consist of Roosevelt's personal, rather than official papers (see: Related records below), particularly in the pre- and post-presidential periods; also those of his parents, Theodore Roosevelt, Sr. and Martha (Bulloch) Roosevelt, his sisters, Anna (Roosevelt) Cowles and Corinne (Roosevelt) Robinson, his wives, Alice Hathaway (Lee) Roosevelt and Edith Kermit (Carow) Roosevelt, and children Archibald Bulloch Roosevelt and Ethel Carow (Roosevelt) Derby; also those of many other 'Oyster Bay' Roosevelts.
