Things to come (92 min., b & w). After a twenty-five year war destroys civilization, a group of scientific supermen set out to build a new one. Decades later, their progress is threatened by a reactionary who urges the masses to rise up in protest.

Journey to the center of time (83 min., col.). Scientists with a time machine travel 5000 years into the future where they find the world gripped in an alien attack. Escaping the future sends them back a million years where their time machine is damaged. A fortuitous discovery permits them repair the machine and return to their proper time, where they arrive back the day before they left!
