Program #42: A radio adaptation of the original Russian play, a group of Germans taken prisoner by the Russians face justice on the Russian front. Walter Graebner speaks on the current state of the war in Russia. Program #43: A dramatization of the extreme measures the Japanese have taken to procure food from the Chinese people, namely by taking half the rice produced by Chinese farms. Dr. Tsune-Chi Yü speaks on the barbaric nature of these conditions.
