Abstract:

Due to complaints stemming from his handling of an earlier case, Inspector Henri Castang's superiors transfer him to the Paris suburbs in a little known fraud repression unit of the fine arts division. There he also becomes intimately involved with his new boss, Carlotta Sales, while his wife and daughters are adjusting to their new home in the Paris suburbs. While home, he finds out about a well repsected gentleman who appears to be taking advantage of young girls when they are invited to his house for cultural discussion. Castang decides to figure out a way to snare a trap for this culprit using his own daughter as bait.
