Typescript, dated Apr. 9, 2006.

Lacks music. Heavily marked with colored ink by the videographer. Used by The New York Public Library's Theatre on Film and Tape Archive on June 23, 2006, when videotaping the Roundabout Theatre Company production at Studio 54, New York, N.Y. The production opened on Apr. 20, 2006, and was directed by Scott Elliott. It starred Alan Cumming, Jim Dale, Ana Gasteyer, Cyndi Lauper, and Nellie McKay.
