A nice addition to any library.

     The narrator is a young girl who is telling the story of how she grew up and her strange digging brother, Tin.  Harper is growing up in the 20's on "farm" land given to soldiers after WWI.  As she matures she realizes the rosiness of her childhood is a bit tarnished....
