One Bizzare Novel

This was one of the most bizarre books I have ever read.  The dust cover description of it being historically based and taking place in 1930's and 1940's Nazi Germany made it appealing to me.  However, many of the storylines and even the plot is very drawn-out and the unbelievable traits...
