Names of parts: Discantus (62 leaves), Altus (59 leaves), Tenor (68 leaves), Bassus (57 leaves).
With table of contents. Preface written by Georg Forster, dated 10 March, 1542.
11 motets are in five parts. "Lauda Hierusalem" and "Vsquequo D[omi]ne" require secundus cantus, "Beati omnes" requires secundus bassus, "Domine labia mea" requires secundus altus, and "Saluum me fac", "Beati omnes", "In te domine", "Laudate dominum", "Domine exaudi", "Beati omnes" and "Beatus uir" require tenor secundus. The last five-part motet in the tenor book, "Beatus uir", does not specify "tenor secundus" but only "Quinta vox".
