|Notes:||Translations of: Primitive episcopacy and A discourse concerning liturgies.
English versions of Primitive episcopacy and A discourse concerning liturgies first published posthumously in London in 1688 and 1689 respectively. Cf. DNB.
Differences in compositorial practices (i.e. Roman vs. Arabic numbers in signatures, absence vs. presence of catch-words) suggest the preliminary leaves of both works were printed in France and the rest of the text in the Netherlands.
"Discours sur les liturgies, ov Formulaires ecclesiastiques de prieres" has special t.p. (with same imprint) and separate pagination and register.
