The genius of this book is in descriptions of all the different varieties of rice and precise measurements of rice and water for cooking each to perfection. Through reading this book and practice, you'll learn to make the perfect rice every time.
As for the recipes, I recommend the Zucchini Couscous. It's quick and delicious. It also shows you how to use your rice cooker to fry the zucchini prior to putting the lid down to cook the rice. You can't beat a one-pan dish.
