With this is a ms. map showing location of lands in litigation; also a ms. reply from Nicholas Long, Thomas Glasscock, Ambrose Gordon and Thomas Cumming of the Georgia Mississippi Co. sworn to in Augusta the 21st July 1797, certified by I. Wagner, 30th Aug. 1797.
Probably a copy of the original complaint (summer of 1796) prepared pursuant to a decree of 1797.
