Va.; first medical graduates; 1998 visit of the Office of Civil Rights; 1979 visit of the Dalai Lama; Walter Reed professorship in pathology; African American professor Nathan Johnson; U. Va. myths, legends and superstitions; 1963 visit of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Franklin D. Roosevelt's "Stab in the back" speech, 1941; James R. McConnell at U. Va.; McGregor Room Grilles; and the 1917 platinum theft.
