The second disc, "The Constitution Project Documentaries," chronicles key moments that defined our understanding of the role of an independent judiciary and the landmark decisions that helped to establish equality in voting and representation. The third disc, "Conversations on the Constitution," features discussions between high school students and Supreme Court Justices Stephen G. Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Anthony M. Kennedy, Sandra Day O'Connor and Chief Justice of the United Stated John G. Roberts, Jr., on the federal judiciary, judicial independence and other cornerstones of a healthy democracy.
