This book is much more than what the author claims it to be. There is an incredible amount of information in these 58 pages. Aside from the historical and nostalgic record of suggestions for use, the book is full of useful tips on how to stay young, fight disease, how to prepare vinegar, make pickles and condiments, cook with vinegar, and a host of everyday uses. Vinegar has many essential elements, many of which science has not decided a value for, but medical researchers are aware of it. While they continue their research, this book has enough wisdom to share with the interested readers, such as: Stay young with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar a day, for its vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids; Clean and disinfect with white vinegar; Remove heavy carpet stains with a mix of salt, borax, and vinegar; Clean windows with ¼ cup cornstarch and ¼ cup vinegar; And the list is very long.
