This book is un-paginated but has about 230 pages (by my count) most having a single black and white picture on them but for a few opening preface pages (by Weegee) and a few pages with 2 and more pictures. All show a happy, humourous New York of the mid 1940's. (from the DJ blurb) "Weegee is in love with New York and it's people. "Weegee's People" is the authors portrait of New York in all it's gayer aspects. This new book is Manhattan in a happy mood, from a night at the opera and cheerful night club celebrants to park romances, people sleeping in the sun and street life." Quite a good picture
