Together, this special video collection provides an unprecedented look at 200 years of presidential history and offers a unique view of this American icon. Disc 1: The original 105 min. documentary, plus interviews about the making of the series. Disc 2: Living in the White House. Tour with First Lady Laura Bush; interview with President George W. Bush; 1968 White House tour with Lady Bird Johnson. Also historians Richard Norton Smith and William Seale. Disc 3: Behind the Scenes at the White House. Tours with the White House curator, a social aide, and chief ushers; tours of the kitchens, chocolate shop, private movie theater, and other rarely seen spaces. Disc 4: History at the White House. Harold Holzer on the Lincoln White House; a tour of Lincoln's summer cottage. Historians also tell stories about Washington, FDR, LBJ, and other presidents.
