I haven't really read the book yet so I can't just give out anything. But I can't wait to read it.

by szkttm (WorldCat user published 2011-03-05) Excellent Permalink

Cheesy but not a bad book

by mattsydes (WorldCat user published 2009-06-07) Good Permalink

This is rather cheesy but not a bad book and some useful guidance could be found. Probably worth a read. Perhaps I'd get more out of it if I went back to read it again. I wonder whether it's American positivism was just a little too much for my English reserve
