Abstract:

Points to the need for more and better equipped black women to release their full gift potential to take the lead for the benefit of society and the work of God in the earth. Based on literature research, field research, a pilot project of the Regional Collaboration of Women in Ministry, and a workshop presentation. Black women have taken great strides but in too many areas are represented only in token numbers. They need extended hours of interactive leadership development forums and collaborative networks for an enriched spiritual and personal development.
