New perspective on the Salem Witch Trial

by AnchorageSchools (WorldCat user published 2011-09-30) Very Good Permalink

Told in verse from each of 3 girls (Ann Putnam, Mercy Lewis and Margaret Walcott), this novel-in-verse retells the events leading up to the Salem Witch Trials. Ann is the queen bee, Mercy is the beautiful servant and Margaret is the love-sick teen. Very well told. Teen girls will enjoy.
