Abstract:

An adaption of Herman Wouk's novel of the same name, produced in 7 parts.

This is Britain in her finest hour: blitzed, desperately short of supplies and arms, and standing heroically alone against Germany's might. Reassigned to Londan, Pug renews his acquaintance with Pamela Tudsbury, the beautiful daughter of an old friend. There, Pug continues his work, becoming involved in two secret British projects, meeting charismatic Winston Churchill and taking to the skies with the RAF on a dangerous bombing run over Berlin.
