For this special edition, the composition has been done in New York and the printing at the Marchbanks Press on a special making of Curtis rag paper; the illustrations made by Edy Legrand are printed as gravures by the Photogravure and Color Company and all of the colors applied by hand in the studio of Walter Fischer.
