Abstract:

With a tip of the hat to the original incarnation of the series, the Nazis return--in a sense--in "Anschluss '77". Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor inadvertently discover a plot by former Nazis to clone an exact duplicate of Adolph Hitler in the hopes of restoring him to power so that he will lead the remnants of their movement back to a position of world domination. The duo must find the location of the secret laboratory in which the experiment is being carried out and stop the procedure before Hitler lives again. "Bermuda Triangle Crisis" presents Wonder Woman with a moral dilemma: a deadly weapons dealer is operating within the Bermuda Triangle and must be stopped, but if she's successful, then America will, in all likelihood, construct a nuclear facility within a few miles of Paradise Island, thus threatening her people.
