With an envelope measuring 120 x 93 mm, opening on right side. Line 2 of contents ends "Coloured Pictorial". Someone has identified this as 3rd ed.
Special Collections copy is most likely post-1898 reprint of 3rd edition; cataloged and rehoused separately from Eight or nine wise words about letter-writing.
