There are at least two states of this edition known to exist. One state has pages 130, 266, and 388 misnumbered 120, 265, and 398; the other state has p. 130 numbered correctly.
With slip-cancel on leaf A6r, fifth line from bottom and on leaf A6v, seventh line from top.
Leaf e3 and 4 contain the same text, and one of them is intended to be cancelled; pagination above reflects this.
Printer's device; head- and tail-pieces; initials (some historiated).
