Stereoscopic views made by Carleton E. Watkins include Yosemite Valley, Yosemite Falls, Bridalveil Fall, Vernal Fall, Half Dome and North Dome, El Capitan, Cathedral Rocks, the Sentinel, Three Brothers, lakes and ponds, a giant sequoia called Grizzly Giant, Mariposa Grove and Mariposa Trail. Watkins photographed unidentified group portraits in Mariposa Grove, Camp Grove and men standing at the base of the giant sequoia. "Watkins' Pacific Coast" series printed on most mounts and captions include Native American names for El Capitan, Nevada Fall, Half Dome, North Dome, Vernal Fall, Bridalveil Fall, and Three Brothers.

Stereoscopic views made by J.J. (John James) Reilly include Yosemite Valley, mountains, lake, river, Vernal and Nevada Falls from Glacier Point, Half Dome, rock formations, trails, and hotel. Portraits include: tourists at Yosemite Falls; Hutching's Cottage with people; one unidentified Native American man sitting on a log; and a group of Native American women and children. "Photographic Views of American Scenery" series printed on mounts. "Yo Semite" used in some captions.
