Correspondence between 1952 and 1955 primarily between Branch Rickey and Branch Rickey Jr. Most of this collection relates to player negotiations and drafting of Cuban players. There is a scouting report by Rickey Jr. on players from the Charleston Club, a dinner invitation from Frick to Rickey and a letter to Mrs. Rosey Rowswell from Rickey aftter Rosey's death. There is a 1952 contract between the Pittsburgh Club and the Republic of Cuba for training in 1953 to 1955.

Letter, July 18, 1942, from Branch Rickey to Johnnie [i.e. Johhny] Mokan. Rickey is thanking Mokan for recommending a young infielder to the St. Louis Cardinals. The letter is one page, typewritten, on St. Louis National Baseball Club. It is signed by Mr. Rickey.
