Operation Nemesis : The Assassination Plot That Avenged the Armenian Genocide by Eric Bogosian( Book )
7 editions published between 2015 and 2017 in English and held by 565 libraries worldwide
"In 1921, a tightly knit band of killers set out to avenge the deaths of almost one million victims of the Armenian Genocide. They were a humble bunch: an accountant, a life insurance salesman, a newspaper editor, an engineering student, and a diplomat. Together they formed one of the most effective assassination squads in history. They named their operation Nemesis, after the Greek goddess of retribution. The assassins were survivors, men defined by the massive tragedy that had devastated their people. With operatives on three continents, the Nemesis team killed six major Turkish leaders in Berlin, Constantinople, Tiflis, and Rome, only to disband and suddenly disappear. The story of this secret operation has never been fully told, until now. Eric Bogosian goes beyond simply telling the story of this cadre of Armenian assassins by setting the killings in the context of Ottoman and Armenian history, as well as showing in vivid color the era's history, rife with political fighting and massacres. Casting fresh light on one of the great crimes of the twentieth century and one of history's most remarkable acts of vengeance, Bogosian draws upon years of research and newly uncovered evidence. Operation Nemesis is the result -- both a riveting read and a profound examination of evil, revenge, and the costs of violence."--Book jacket

When his recommendations were ignored by the U.S. military, he exposed falsified battle reports and other deceptions to a New York Times reporter, effectively ending his military career. As the war escalated, however, Vann returned to Vietnam as a civilian advisor under Nixon's "Vietnamization" program, ending as the defacto commander of Vietnamese forces in the successful defense of the Central Highlands during the 1972 Easter Offensive. The film also examines Vann's character flaws, the chief of these being his adulterous nature and affairs with Vietnamese women which resulted in a forced marriage to a Vietnamese schoolgirl whom he had gotten pregnant
Wake up and smell the coffee by Eric Bogosian( Book )

"A meditation on making it to the top of the ladder, on falling off the ladder and on the exhilarating thrill of the ultimate crash and burn. Bogosian takes us for a ferocious ride through a cavalcade of colorful characters as he skewers pop culture, conformity, religious hypocrisy and human nature itself with razor-sharp wit. Whether he's playing Satan as a modern-day salesman, a Hollywood producer capitalizing on an airplane disaster, a spiritual guru with questionable motives, or mocking himself as an obsequious actor auditioning for a part, Bogosian tackles today's relevant post-9/11 themes with uncompromising honesty."--

Sex plays by Eric Bogosian( Book )

""A born storyteller with perfect pitch."--The New York Times "Greatly and bilaterally talented. spiky, stinging, caustic without cauterizing. And funny."--New York One of America's premier performers and most innovative and provocative artists offers his two newest plays: Skunkweed details the culture clash between a Los Angeles screenwriter and a working-class girl and her rural Florida clan in a hotel room, and 1+1 explores desire, greed, and responsibility to others through the lives of an aspiring actress, assistant restaurant manager, and a photographer. About the characters in 1+1, Eric Bogosian recently stated, "Bri, Phil, and Carl are based on people I've found intensely interesting my whole life: a good-looking hustler, an ambitious pretty girl, and a 'good guy' who always seems to finish last. The story is a parable. All my plays are. My plays are not expositions of a specific time and place. Rather, I try to find a way to set them so that the audience can immerse itself in a situation. I don't have answers. I have questions." Eric Bogosian is a writer and actor who has authored five full-length plays and created six full-length solos for himself, including Talk Radio; subUrbia; Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll; Pounding Nails in the Floor with My Forehead; and Drinking in America. He is the recipient of three OBIE Awards and a Drama Desk Award, and has toured throughout the United States and Europe. "--
