They are coming through a doorway titled "Entrance for Monopolists." A door on the opposite side of the chamber reading "People's Entrance" has a big padlock on it and a "Closed" sign. At the center back, above the heads of the Trust figures, is a sign reading "This is a Senate of the monopolists, by the monopolists, and for the monopolists!" Text at lower left is unclear
