Just before proposing to his sweetheart Yaeli, Gingi is sent to bring the elusive Sergio Constantza to the army reserve. Yaeli's father, Victor, refuses Gingi's wedding proposal and Yaeli runs away from home and hides in Gingi's jeep without his knowledge. Victor also has unfinished business with Sergio and when he hears that Sergio has escaped and is in the army he comes after him. That is how an ordinary army base in Sinai turns into a crazy, wacky army base. The commander becomes insane, the Egyptians storm the border, soldiers become captives, an oil well is discovered and even the cook decides he needs a change. Victor, Yaeli, Gingi, and Sergio turn a military position into an entire carnival in order to achieve their goals
