Rare sketches you'll never see in "I Love Lucy" reruns! Lucille Ball's extraordinary talent carried her beyond her highly popular series "I Love Lucy", "The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour", "The Lucy Show", and "Here's Lucy". With husband Desi Arnaz (who played Ricky Ricardo) and cast members Vivian Vance (Ethel Mertz) and William Frawley (Fred Mertz) she was a frequent guest of other celebrities on their shows during the Golden Age of TV. You'll see them on a 1954 live broadcast, "Toast of the Town", in which host Ed Sullivan gets manhandled when he pays a visit to their home. In this hiliarious sketch, the three of them crack up when Ed actually laughs. In 1955, Lucy and Desi stumped the "What's My Line?" panelists with their disguised voices and back and forth answers. In 1959, a promotional film - never aired on TV - was produced for westinghouse, the new sponsor of the "Desilu Playhouse". This unique look at the Desilu Studio contains a wealth of early TV history as well as lots of laughs.
