This edition differs in several particulars from later editions. Ko-Ko's "Little list" song appears on p. 18 and begins "as it seems." In later editions, this song occurs earlier as begins "As some day." Yum-Yum and Nanki-Poo's duet, "To Ko-Ko plighted" is three verses, rather than two, and begins "Were I not," rather than "Were you not." Yum-Yum's song, "The sun whose rays," occurs in the first act, on p. 14-15, rather than in the second act. Includes ad for Patience on p. [2] of wrappers, Princess Ida and Trial by jury on p.
