When a delivery comes to the Westcote station of the Interurban Express Company, Mike Flannery, the Westcote agent, is determined to follow the rule book. The rates for shipping pets from Franklin to Westcote is 25 cents each. But the contents of the crate are clearly called guinea-pigs, and the rates for pigs are 30 cents. The rules go on to say that when the agent is in any doubt, he should apply the larger rate and leave it to the customer to file a claim. You won't catch Mike Flannery making a mistake when it comes to Interurban Express Company rules! "Pigs is Pigs"; Mr. Morehouse owes 60 cents, not 50. Mr. Morehouse goes home to write letters of complaint, but the guinea pigs must be fed, and pretty soon there are 8 guinea pigs and they are all hungry
