Subject: Masury's salute to the 1866 theater season included references to many of the works performed at the Boston Theater, the Boston Museum, the Continental Theater, the Howard Athenaeum, the Boston Music Hall, and the Boylston Museum. The Romeo and Juliet in the lower righthand corner were Frank Dwight Denny and Alice Placide. In the lower center with his sword raised is William Warren who frequently performed at the Boston Museum while behind him Masury showed Edwin Booth with his arms raised

The collection also contains three views of the interior and exteriors of unidentified Massachusetts houses.
