This video defines a process to plan and implement successful change management solutions. There are three stages in the process. Each takes the people involved from the point of identifying the change to building trust among individuals and trust between employees and the management and organization. The video features two differing case studies. The first focuses on how to plan for upcoming changes. The other demonstrates how an organization used the process to revitalize changes that were already in progress within the organization.
