Additional significant correspondents include, among others, Charles Cornwallis, 1st Marquis Cornwallis; Frederick Augustus, Prince, Duke of York and Albany; Andrew James Cochrane Johnstone; Richard Wellesley, 1st Marquess Wellesley; and Arthur Wellesley, Duke of Wellington. The box of Ephemera contains tape, ribbons and thread removed from the material, autograph and printed notes about various items in the collection and the Maggs' brown paper wrappers

The bulk of this collection consists of letters to Lady Keith from her friend Fanny Burney, her husband Lord Keith, and her mother Hester Lynch Piozzi. Lord Keith's letters from 1812 to 1815 often discuss the naval aspects of the Napoleonic Wars. Twelve of Mrs. Piozzi's letters from 1784 to 1786 were written during a tour of Italy, and from 1794 to 1814 were generally written from he home in Wales. The collection also includes one letter to Samuel Johnson, and several letters discussing him. The remainder of the collection is somewhat miscellaneous in nature, but relates largely to various controversies over the Henry Thrale estate

The Henry Clinton papers contain the correspondence, records, and maps of Henry Clinton, who served under Thomas Gage and William Howe between 1775 and 1778, and was commander-in-chief of the British forces in North America from 1778 to 1782. Although the bulk of the papers cover his tenure as commander-in-chief, with particular attention to engagements in New York and New Jersey and the sieges of Charleston and Yorktown, they also document Clinton's efforts to restore his reputation after the war, and to some extent, his personal life
