Single leaf of a sanctoral containing music and text for the feast of Saint Andrew. Written in a gothic hand, the leaf was produced in northern Italy, perhaps at Ferrara, ca. 1475-1480. The text is written on 15 lines and there are four four-line staves. Notation is square gothic. The leaf contains two large intitals, one of which contains a portrait of Saint Andrew. At the top of the recto is the notation that the manuscript belonged to the house of Saint Mary in Bergonia
