He is only interested in European music up to the time of Monteverdi. He has been influenced by Asian music, especially Indonesian. The key to all his music is in the bass line. In discussing his composition, "Kakadu", he talks about American interest in Australian music, which follows American interest in Aboriginal painting. He and Charles Southwood discuss the quest for an Australian musical language. Excerpts from his music are heard
Violin concertos nos. 3 & 5 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart( )

4 editions published between 2010 and 2011 in No Linguistic content and English and held by 224 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

Concerto No. 3 in G for violin and orchestra, K. 216 01. Allegro 02. Adagio 03. Rondeau. Allegro Concerto No. 5 in A for violin and orchestra, K. 219 04. Allegro aperto - Adagio - Allegro aperto 05.
