Ishikawa Goemon, the legendary bandit folk hero, is revived in theatrical group Shinkansen's heavy metal rock musical. While being pursued by Iwakura Samonji, Goemon's ship sinks in a great storm, and Goemon and Samonji are both washed up on the shores of Tatara Island. The island is ruled by a cruel dictator, Kugai, whose own son, Karuma, has turned against him and allied himself with a rival clan because Kugai murdered Karuma's mother.
