We analyse the evolution of trojan's dynamic when the configuration of the planetary system changes. The triangular equilibrium points are perturbed by the influence of planets. In the first chapter we construct a secular model which gives an analytic approximation of the new equilibrium points under this influence. This work reveals that the inner planets have grower influences than the outer ones. In the second chapter, we study the evolution of the planetary system during the planetary migration. In the third chapter, we classify the resonances which perturb the trojans in four very general families. We also give some methods which predict when they appear in the field of trojans' frequencies. In fourth and fifth chapters, we apply our model in order to study the evolution of Jupiter's and Saturn's trojans dynamic during the planetary migration. During the planetary migration the planetary evolution is very complicated, that's why we decide to work changing only one parameter: Saturn's semi-major axis. We calculate the trajectories of trojans for several values of this parameter. Then we detail the evolution of each family. Our work show that many resonant structures have strongly destabilized Saturn's trojans during the end of planetary migration. As a result, Saturn's trojans have been ejected whereas very few could be captured. On the contrary, Jupiter's trojans are very few destabilized by resonances during the end of the migration, which permit the surviving of numerous trojans. Lastly, we study the dynamic of Neptune's trojans in the actual solar system

The purpose of this thesis is the improvement of the asteroid model in the planetary ephemeris INPOP (Intégration Numérique Planétaire de l'Observatoire de Paris). Asteroids are particularly difficult to implement in the dynamical model of an ephemeris because of their large number and because of the lack of accurate measurements of their masses. An analytical framework, suitable for the study of asteroid perturbations, is presented. After numerically searching for the most perturbing asteroids in terms of the amplitude of the individual perturbations induced on the planets, we explore a new approach. This consists in searching for a limited number of objects that should be removed from a selection of 25000 asteroids in order to achieve the best similarity between the perturbation induced by the remaining asteroids and the perturbation induced by a solid ring centered on the Sun. The problem falls into the category of mixed integer quadratic problems where real as well as integer parameters are fitted in order to obtain an optimal solution. We provide a new list of 276 asteroids that together with a ring should be accounted for in the dynamical model of the ephemeris. As the optimal selection depends on asteroid masses, the list is based on Monte Carlo experiments in which the asteroid masses are randomly varied within reasonable intervals. The Tikhonov regularization with box constraints is presented as a method to fit the new model to observations. A second part of the study is concerned with asteroid perturbations induced on spacecrafts orbiting the Earth-Sun Lagrangian point L2. The point harbors since 2009 the Herschel and Planck observatories, it was also selected for the incoming Gaia mission. The nominal orbits of Herschel and Planck are determined by calculating the normal form for the circular restricted 3 body problem hamiltonian. The orbits are then injected into INPOP and stabilized by the multiple-shooting method. An analytical framework based on the quasi-bicircular problem is developed to predict the perturbations induced on the spacecrafts by asteroids on circular orbits. The perturbations induced by asteroids on realistic orbits are obtained numerically by comparing integrations with INPOP of both spacecrafts in presence of various asteroids. We show that in general the perturbations induced by the asteroids are negligible

Subjecting atoms or molecules to intense laser pulses gives rise to a variety of highly nonlinear phenomena, such as for instance the ionization of electrons and the radiation of high-frequency photons. The distributions of the velocity of the ionized electrons of the frequency of the radiated photons measured at the detector encode relevant informations on the target atoms and molecules at the natural time scale of the electrons, the attosecond-that is, million, million, millionths of a second. Understanding the dynamics of the ionized electrons and identifying the mechanisms of high-frequency radiation are essential steps toward interpreting and decoding the informations encrypted in the experimental measurements.In this thesis, atoms subjected to intense and elliptically polarized laser fields in the infrared regime are theoretically studied. Despite their fundamental quantal nature in atoms, electrons display some classical behaviors when subjected to intense laser pulses. We exploit these classical features to understand and picture, with the help of trajectories, the physical mechanisms at play in order to interpret experimental measurements. After ionizing, the motion of the electrons is analyzed using techniques from nonlinear dynamics. This thesis work demonstrates the complementarity of quantum mechanics and nonlinear dynamics for understanding and illustrating the mechanisms involved when atoms are subjected to intense and elliptically polarized laser pulses

"This thesis deals with the jet transport for numerical integrators andthe effective invariant object computation of delay differentialequations.Firstly we study how automatic differentiation (AD) affects when theyare applied to numerical integrators of ordinary differentialequations (ODEs). We prove that the use of AD is exactly the same asconsidering the initial ODE and add new equations to the calculationof the variational flow up to a certain order.With this result we propose to detail the effective computation whenthese equations are affected by a delay. In particular, thecomputation of the stability of equilibrium points, the computation ofperiodic orbits as well as their stability and continuation. Similarlythe computation of quasi-orbits periodic and its stability. For suchcomputations, we avoid the explicit generation of the Jacobian matrixand we only require the matrix-vector evaluation.Finally, we cover the existence, uniqueness and numerical computationof the slowest direction of the stable manifold of a limit cycle of astate-dependent delay equation differential. The results areformulated in a posteriori format, which leads to rigorous proofs ofnumerical experiments.
