Une ballade d'une vache perdue (poem), 1920

The poem, as published in the "Mississippian," was written by Rogers using the pseudonym Lord Greyson. It is a parody of William Faulkner's "Une ballade des femmes perdues," which in turn was a plagiarism of Francois Villon's poem, "Ballade des dames du temps jadis."
