The purpose of this project was to develop a ministry strategy designed to assist initial entry Army chaplains transition from civilian to military ministry. The project involved a phased process consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training objectives and tasks related to the staff officer skills initial-entry Army chaplains often encounter. The project objectives included understanding the development of chaplain staff officer skills, discovering effective adult learning methods, increasing strategic thinking, and experiencing the phases involved in designing a training curriculum
