Abstract:

The Australian Law Journal Reports provides a collection of reported cases from the High Court of Australia. Previously issued as part of the Australian Law Journal. The Australian Law Journal Reports delivers all the benefits of a high quality online case report series including: a full headnote for each case; comprehensive search options; PDF print versions and direct links to FirstPoint. The Australian Law Journal Reports act as a precursor to the Commonwealth Law Reports by providing customers access to reported cases in advance of the availability of the authorised version. This series effectively bridges the gap between an unreported judgment and publication in the Commonwealth Law Reports. Contents include reports dating back to 2003.
