Dystopian futures.... but with diverse love interests

It was refreshing to see several stories in this collection that had diverse romantic interests...we have straight, gay and lesbian couples in different stories. One could argue that the last story is love between cyborgs and aliens (?) but I'll be honest and say I didn't get the last story in the...
