"Noble Energy Inc., (Noble) Denver, Colorado, funded this publication as mitigation for the Iron Horse Unit Future Drilling Project in Fremont County, Wyoming. To mitigate effects to the Bridger Trail, the 2006 Memorandum of Agreement stipulated that a professional quality booklet and CD/DVD be produced, summarizing the history of the trail suitable for addressing the needs of fourth grade students as part of their introduction to Wyoming History. Noble contracted with TRC Environmental Corporation, (TRC) Laramie, Wyoming, to produce the booklet. TRC Historian, James A. Lowe, compiled the booklet."--Page 45.
