Abstract:
The Hydra organization tries to undermine the celebrity of the newly-revived Captain America, but their efforts are sabotaged by their own leader, who then uses Cap's likeness to spread chaos in the United States, leaving Captain America with the problem of how to expose the impostor as a lie.
