Abstract:

Francesca Thayer is co-owner of an art gallery and an old house in the New York Village. Both projects began with Todd, her partner for years. Now that the relationship is over, Francesca must decide if she sells everything or makes payments on her own. Finally, her father will help her move the gallery forward, but to keep the house, she will have to rent three of her rooms. Among the tenants a family and home environment will be created that will unite them more and more. And Francesca, meanwhile, will realize that, contrary to what she believed, her heart is still beating harder than before, at the most unexpected moment by the least expected person.
