Collation: 8vo: [A]⁴ B-E⁸ E⁴ [$4 ( -F3,4)--signed]; 40 leaves, pp. [8 unnumbered] 3-63 [11 unnumbered (first and last blank)]. The pagination of the text begins with 3, as did that of the first edition (Mr. Hobbes considered, 1662), of which this a page-for-page reprint.
Advertisement, "Books printed for and sold by William Crook ... ": leaves E8r-F4r.
