Abstract:
The task of this thesis is the development of geochemical tools in order to improve treatment of hydro geological problematic of tracing the origins and modes of transfer of water and solutes, and to estimate residence times of masses water. The tracers used are: 81Kr, 36Cl, [delta]37Cl, [delta]2H and [delta]18O of water, [delta]18O and [delta]34S of sulfates and 87Sr/86Sr. In north-eastern Paris basin, in the context of studying .the feasibility of storing nuclear waste in deep geological formations, investigated problematics are: i) origin of water, ii) sealing properties of the argillites formation, iii) definition of geochemical processes ruling mineralization of water, iv) estimation of diffusion and advection velocity. In a second time, this thesis develop problematics related to Venetians coastal aquifers : i) characterization of eventual mixes between groundwaters, ii) origin of water, iii) devellopement of 36Cl as recent water datation technique.
