Summary:	La démocratie politique à Madagascar est le thème traité. La première partie conçoit la Démocratie comme méthode de gouvernement et science du pouvoir à partir du sens original et oeuvres des chercheurs en la situant au sein des principes juridiques. On y décrit les approches démocratiques dans le système de droit malagasy. La deuxième partie analyse le processus d'application de la démocratie à Madagascar et le problème y afférent nés des mouvements politiques par lesquels on veut conquérir le pouvoir en niant le droit. Toutefois, les lacunes observées découlent du vide juridique. Enfin, on constate une démocratie politique libérale évolutive à Madagascar mais qui nécessite l'amélioration du cadre juridique et du mode de participation du peuple et l'implication du Fokonolona. The subject of this research is political democracy in Madagascar. in the first part, democracy is conceived as a way to govern and a science to the power as its original meaning and as demonstrated in the works of the researchers. In this part then, democracy follows the legal principles. The second part analyses the process of democracy enforcement in Madagascar and the problems relevant frequently to political events : that's to conquer power in denying law. In this way, political phenomena lead to legal facts. Gaps from legal loophole are noticed there. At the end, we observe a political liberal democracy that wants an improvement of the scope of the law and the participation of the people throughout the "Fokonolona" in Madagascar.  Read more...
